At Dog Toothpaste Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to check your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us right away so we can promptly address and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items may not be returned simply due to a change of mind. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you are uncertain about a product, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
